Hiring a Home Inspector?
You may ask, how can we help you?  Our inspections will enable you to take control
of your real estate transaction by:
  1.   Surveying the home's condition.
  2.   Helping you identify potential problems.
  3.   Consider possible repairs and/or updates.
  4.   Take measure of your investment decision..
  5.   Experience peace of mind about your investment and negotiations.
Your interests are our interests before, during and after the inspection.
What is an Inspection?
No home is perfect, not even a new build.  Our home inspection report will provide
you with a general, impartial evaluation of the condition of the home and items that
require repairs or replacement.  Our report gives you a detailed summary on the
condition of the structural components of the home, exterior and interior.  It will
include a checklist and narrative which will be easy to read and understand.

Our report will include:

Who uses a Home Inspector?
HOME BUYERS
An inspection report allows the buyer to make a better, informed decision
about purchasing a property.  Assuring that a home has been properly
built/maintained with all components and systems functioning normally,
gives the buyer greater confidence in their purchase.
SELLERS/REAL ESTATE AGENTS
Before listing a home, it is always a good idea to have a professional home
inspection.  This will eliminate any surprise findings a buyer's inspector may
discover and gives the seller full confidence of the product they are bringing
to the negotiating table.
HOME BUILDERS
Before handing over the keys, builders can "check their work" with a
professional home inspection.  In this time of litigation and liability, builders
can have reassurance from an inspection and move forward with confidence.
MORTGAGE LENDERS
In addition to real estate appraisals, mortgage lenders are increasingly using
professional home inspection to reassure their financial investments.
Confident that no hidden problems exist with a home that could be financially
devastating to the buyer (leading to possible foreclosure and loss of the
loan), lenders can more easily assist the home buyer
INSURANCE COMPANIES
Insurance adjusters are using professional home inspections as the final step
in home damage claims.  Making sure any repairs have been done correctly
gives both the insurance company and the policy holder satisfaction.
