1.  Your name and contact number
2.  When you need the inspection completed
3.  Name of your Realtor and company (if
applicable)
4.  Seller's real estate company and Realtor's
name if possible
5.  Address of property

When we have everything in order, we will contact you and/or your
Realtor confirming date and time of the inspection.
Payment for services is expected at the time of the inspection.  A
computerized report will be presented at the conclusion of the
inspection.
We are open Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 6.00 pm and on Saturday
9.00 am - 3.00 pm.  Please leave a detailed message after hours and
we will get back to you as soon as possible.  We will try to work with
your schedule as much as possible.
